New Shanghai

One of the rare KTVs in Singapore with $50 tips and no mummies. This is the pinnacle of KTV on a budget. They've recently moved to a new location so we hope the rooms are new and clean. Vietnamese hostesses here: don't expect many young ones or high playability, but this is where you can find yourself being able to build relationships with the ladies better (free sex?). We had great fun in 2018-2019, let's see what the future brings with New Shanghai in 2022.
