Who may use the site

Nightlife Asia Wiki covers adult nightlife. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to use it. By using the site you confirm that you are.

No guarantee of accuracy

Information on the site comes from our editors' research, venues' own published details and readers' reviews and reports. It is provided for informational and harm-reduction purposes only. Venues change hours, prices, and ownership constantly; entries may be wrong or out of date despite our verification efforts. Always verify locally, and follow the laws that apply where you are. Nothing here is an endorsement of, or an invitation to engage in, illegal activity.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, review photos and comments you post, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute them as part of the site. Post only what you have the right to share: your own experience, and photos you took or are allowed to share. Review photos are shown once a moderator approves them. Deleting your account removes your reviews, their photos and your comments.

Acceptable use

Don't post spam, advertising, doxxing, content about minors, or knowingly false reports; don't attempt to disrupt or scrape the service. We may edit, remove, or moderate any content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Sponsored placements

Venues can pay for promoted placement on the site (see Advertise). Sponsored placement is always labeled "Sponsored", and it never changes a venue's reviews, ratings, or what its page says. Editorial "Recommended" picks cannot be bought.

Each sponsorship's price, start and end dates, renewal, cancellation and refunds are agreed in writing before payment. A sponsorship ends on its agreed end date unless it is renewed. We may decline or end a sponsorship, for example over unresolved scam or safety reports, and refund unused time pro rata.

Our booking line

Some pages list a booking contact, Jake (+65 8750 1825 or +65 9238 1098, WeChat JK787393). That is Nightlife Asia Wiki's own booking line, not the venue's, and every page that lists it says so. We receive no fee or commission from venues for bookings.

Complaints and takedown requests

If something on the site infringes your copyright, exposes private information about you, or is defamatory or otherwise unlawful, email contact@nightlifeasia.wiki. Please include:

• the address (URL) of each page concerned;
• the text, photo or other content you object to;
• why you object, for example that you own the copyright in a photo;
• your name and how to reach you;
• for copyright, that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the person who does.

We review every request and may remove or edit the content. We may ask for more information before acting.

Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including anything that happens at a listed venue.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy.
