Who may use the site
Nightlife Asia Wiki covers adult nightlife. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to use it. By using the site you confirm that you are.
No guarantee of accuracy
All information is community-sourced and provided for informational and harm-reduction purposes only. Venues change hours, prices, and ownership constantly; entries may be wrong or out of date despite our verification efforts. Always verify locally, and follow the laws that apply where you are. Nothing here is an endorsement of, or an invitation to engage in, illegal activity.
Your content
You keep ownership of reviews and comments you post, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute them as part of the site. Post only what you have the right to share, based on your own experience.
Acceptable use
Don't post spam, advertising, doxxing, content about minors, or knowingly false reports; don't attempt to disrupt or scrape the service. We may edit, remove, or moderate any content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
Sponsored placements
Venues can pay for promoted placement on the site (see Advertise). Sponsored placement is always labeled "Sponsored", and it never changes a venue's reviews, ratings, or how the community describes it. Editorial "Recommended" picks cannot be bought.
Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including anything that happens at a listed venue.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy.
