Booking is a term referring to when a customer pays an extra fee to ensure that a particular hostess is dedicated to their room or table for an extended amount of time or even the entire evening, as opposed to her rotating among different rooms or customers. Booking a hostess gives the customer exclusivity with her.
Booking is the opposite of butterfly, in which the hostess rotates among customers or rooms.
