Pool access is listed as 18+. The operator gives conflicting ClubRoom ages: its terms say 20+, while the reservation page says 21+. Confirm the applicable age requirement with the venue before booking; carry the identification required for the chosen event.[5][6]

Event access and weather
The terms distinguish an outdoor Main Event ticket from a ClubRoom After-Party ticket. Tickets cover entry only unless stated otherwise. ClubRoom online-ticket check-in ends at 12:30 AM, and the terms say the pool is closed during Pyramid events. Choose the event before deciding whether a daytime pool booking fits the visit.[5]
Ticket purchases are listed as final; weather cancellation may lead to food and beverage credit, rather than a cash refund. Table reservations have a separate cancellation schedule. Read the conditions for the actual ticket or seating product before paying.[5]
