Inside the KTV room, you can ask the girl to "hamsup" you, and she will give you a lapdance by sitting on your lap with her face facing yours. She might even make out with you and do more, but that all depends on the venue, the girl, and how much she likes you.

Keep in mind that KTVs with higher playability have, on average, girls who are more "hamsup".
