[[Booking]] is a [[term]] referring to when a customer pays an extra fee to ensure that a particular [[hostess]] is dedicated to their room or table for an extended amount of time or even the entire evening, as opposed to her rotating among different rooms or customers. Booking a hostess gives the customer exclusivity with her.

Booking is the opposite of [[butterfly]], in which the hostess rotates among customers or rooms.
